Select the "Settings" Icon |
Select "Apps" |
Select the app you need to clear data from. |
Select "Clear Data" Back to Top |
Uninstall Apps Install Apps |
Select the Google Play Store |
Have the customer search for the desired app |
Once located, tap on the desired app. |
Select "Install" Back to Top |
Select the "Settings" Icon |
Select the "Apps" Category |
Tap "Uninstall" to remove the app. You can also just have the customer tap and hold on the app, then move it to the "remove" section at the top (No screenshot) Back to Top |
Updating Applications |
Select the Google Play Store |
Select the "menu" icon. |
Select "My apps & games" |
Here you can see what apps have pending updates Or you can "Update all" Back to Top |
